In recent years, the academic fields of exercise physiology and nutrition have grown exponentially. At same time, the volume of fitness content on social media has likewise exploded, resulting in information overload and leaving users struggling to make sense of conflicting and oftentimes misleading advice.

In this context, evidence-based coaching seeks to

  1. Base all advice on the totality of the scientific evidence available at the time (as opposed isolated, cherry-picked studies)

  2. Empower clients with the tools, skillset and resources needed to navigate information across the online fitness landscape.

    8-WEEK COURSE (2x WEEK IN-PERSON)

REGULAR/SUBSEQUENT SESSION PACKAGES

  • Hybrid coaching (4 in-person sessions + online coaching) £190*

    1x week with me + programming, feedback and form checks for 1-2 additional solo sessions per week

    Recommended for trainees who have some gym experience and prefer to train on their own on one or more other days in the week. See here for more information on hybrid coaching!

  • 8 in-person sessions £280 (£35 per session)*

    2x week frequency

    Best value and frequency for fully in-person training

  • One-off technique session £45

    Less than 1x week frequency

    Recommended for those desiring occasional technique and programming guidance

* I charge an extra £11.5 per in-person session for all packages to train at GymSet in Clifton Village due to the cost of renting a prviate studio. All sessions in the Strength Training Basics program must be redeemed within 10 weeks of the first session. All sessions in the regular 4-, 8- and 12-session packages must be redeemed within 6 weeks of the first session.
